Public Art Projects

Along with Art Not Apathy gatherings, O4I intends to work on public art projects that most anyone can be a part of. Contact us if you are interested in either of our preliminary projects below.

Milwaukee Portraits

For our Milwaukee Portraits project, we will be interviewing all different sorts of people, all around Milwaukee, asking them questions like 'What inspires you?' and 'What motivates you?' and compiling a biography of each person. 


On a separate website we will provide pictures and biographys of each individual interviewed and allow artists who contact us to view the site and choose an individual to make a portrait of.
Each person will be portrayed by a different artist.
So far we have artists pledging to make paintings, write poems, and even making a film project of making the portrait. So THINK CREATIVE! If you would like to make a portrait, contact us at artnotapathy1@gmail.com

Poetry In Place

We will be visiting various artistic locations (Such as places in front of artistic architecture, murals or sculpture) across the Milwaukee area, and having gonzo performances sharing poetry and music that mirrors the energy of the performance location. 
We will then post the video footage of these performances on this page for the rest of the world! Contact us if you are interested in being a performer!
